To return a
Vital Basics product, call Customer Care toll free at
1-800-825-1423 and request a Return
Authorization Number (RAN). You will receive instructions for returning your
unused product. In addition, your Customer Care agent will explain both the
return and refund process to you at that time.
Refund

If you are
not satisfied with your direct purchase from Vital Basics, we will refund the product price,
less shipping and handling.

Canada:
Packages shipped from our Manufacturer in the US to Canada are charged a flat
shipping and handling rate ranging from $16.95 (US) to $19.95 (US) depending on
the product.
US:
Shipping and handling rates for packages shipped to a U.S. zip code vary
depending on which product you purchase and the quantity you choose. The amount
of shipping and handling for all products is shown on the product information
and order form pages of our website. Remember, shipping and handling are only
$9.95 when you join our Customer Club.
Outside
Canada and the US:
Shipping and handling to all countries other than the U.S. and Canada, is
$39.95, no matter how much you buy.
